Our new HomeSmart property management division has been added at the request of clients that have grown exasperated over trying to manage their properties from distant areas.
We have years of experience managing rental properties. Our basic philosophy is to only accept a limited number of owner/clients, so that we can deliver the highest possible level of service.
We find that there is no substitute for our "hands-on" approach to managing rentals. This means being accessible nights and weekends to prospective tenants, existing tenants, and owners. Because of our belief in "no short cuts", we carefully screen prospective tenants, show homes individually, and believe that good landlords make for quality tenants and a mutually beneficial relatinship. In addition, we firmly believe in annual inspections and lease renewals.
